The staff upgraded us to a larger room automatically! They offered to hold our luggage after checkout.

The shower flooded during my first night. Water spilled everywhere and I did not realize the extent of the flooding until it was too late. The shower faucet was also broken. I twisted a finger trying to open it. I found these maintenance issues disappointing.

The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection including pastries and eggs made to order so that was acceptable.

The noise from the street was bad I was kept awake most of one night trucks kept passing. This disturbance was disappointing especially since I was expecting a quiet stay.

The staff WAS amazing. They helped me buy train tickets. The location was perfect. I walked everywhere. The room was well equipped, it had everything i needed. The rooftop bar and pool were an added bonus for me!

location was Really good. staff were efficient and very helpful. i would return and recommend it to friends. the breakfast was good. it had a variety of choices and fresh ingredients. the rooftop terrace provided a nice view of the city. it was great for evening drinks.

the room overlooked an inner courtyard and lacked sunlight. it felt a bit Claustrophobic at times. natural light would make a big difference.
